A Note From Fatimah
Nur Al-Qalam Dar

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

The thing that made me write this book was a conversation I kept having. People who pray, who fast, who genuinely try โ€” sitting with a low, quiet unease they couldn't name. Something had been building in their life. And instead of peace, they felt exposed. Like they'd built something worth guarding and had no guard on it.

That feeling has a fix. But the fix isn't a reaction โ€” it's a standing arrangement. The protection in the Sunnah is said before anything goes wrong, on ordinary mornings, as a daily structure. Not when the fear arrives.

Start with the after-salah slot. Just that one. Stay seated at your next prayer, do the three things on page 4, and do it again at the next prayer. Give it a week before you add anything else. The parents and adults who see the most change are the ones who go slowly โ€” not the ones who try to implement everything at once and burn out by day three.

And make dua for yourself. Ask Allah to make this easy, to make it consistent, and to put barakah in the time you're giving to it. The routine works. But it works best when carried by someone who is asking Allah for help while they build it.

May Allah protect your home, your provision, and your peace. May He make the dhikr on your tongue every morning a fortress that holds until the next morning.
